Bhd. supports its customers particularly the Main-Contractor & Sub-Contractor to conduct Tool Box Briefing for the applicators prior to commencement of material usage to ensure that the basic fundamentals on substrate preparation, mixing, usage & application of Adhesive Mortar are stringently adhered to; thus eliminating potential errors, abuses and/or wrong usage or application. To reinforce and to provide added confidence to the valued customers, the Technical & Sales Team conducts random Site Audit to monitor the substrate preparation, mixing, usage and application of EZI Products supplied to ensure that it is used appropriately and strictly in compliance to to EZI Work Method Statement; as well as the Good Practices as outlined in the SIRIM MS 1294 Standards encompassing the Code of Practice for Ceramic Tile Installation; that if and when appropriately adopted will defined the long term stability of the set Ceramic Tile & Natural Stone Slab installation.
